We recommend all authors to use the standard IEEE conference proceedings A4 format template (http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html ) for review papers, as the same format is MANDATORY for the final paper. Only the file format PDF is allowed. Files for review should have at least 2 pages. Final manuscript will have between 2 and 6 pages. When submitting, you may tick a checkbox "short paper" to indicate that you want to deliver a short publication at the conference (2+ pages), to be able to extend it later to a form of a full-sized paper for submission to a journal. Please note that a review manuscript for a short paper must anyway be a meaningful paper, delivering enough information for being reviewed.
