What does registration fee include?
Regular/Standard registration fee includes:
- The right to submit up to two papers
- Admission to the Sessions
- Conference Materials
- Coffee breaks
- Lunches
- Welcome Reception
- Gala Dinner
Some of exhibitors / accompanying person registration categories do not include gala dinner ticket – please pay attention to registration categories within the form.
Confirmation of registration
- E-mail confirmation will be sent upon submitting your registration and it will include your Registration ID number.
- All communication will be sent by e-mail.
- Your registration is considered confirmed after the full payment is received only.
- The date the full payment is received will be considered the date of registration.
- All fees include 23% VAT

Credit cards Mastercard & Visa are welcome. A payment link will be sent to you via the registration system.
Please note:
- payments should clearly state the participant’s name(s)
- all bank transfers should state clearly in the reference: MRW 2024 and participant’s name/surname
- the invoices for registration will be issued and sent by Mazurkas Congress Management (Congress Secretariat)
- please notify us via e-mail if you need a proforma invoice to make prepayment
- All bank transfer amounts should include bank charges. Any banking fees accrued from the transfer are the responsibility of the participant.
- Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
Changes to registration
Changes to your original registration should be sent in writing
to the Registration Team to: info@mrw2024.org
Cancellation policy
Requests for registration cancellation must be addressed in writing to the MRW 2024 Secretariat, and sent by e-mail to info@mrw2024.org
- Cancellations received before 1st of June 2024: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded
- Cancellations received on and after 1st of June 2024: no refund
- Please note that refunds will be processed within 30 days upon receipt of the cancellation letter.
- Reimbursements will not be granted for late arrivals, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the Congress
